Having served in education as a teacher, coach, and in various administrator roles for over 25 years, I am well-acquainted with issues that students face, ranging from anxiety and depression to stress management and identity development. Each person is unique and I strive to help each one develop wholly, seeking to help them find who they are and how to live life to its fullest potential!
Additionally, I have had the privilege of walking alongside couples and helping them in their relationship skills, whether that be pre-marital counseling, marital therapy, or just relationship building. Having been trained in the Gottman method, I often use many of their methods in helping couples learn to create shared meaning.
During therapy it is my goal to help you develop the skills needed–whether they be coping strategies, communication skills, or navigating life ebbs and flows–to walk through the life you desire with intentionality and action.
