We will deal with core underlying issues and treat individuals, couples and primary mental health issues from a compassionate perspective. We will work together as we get to know each other. I offer a loving and supportive environment that is conducive to healing. Self-love, co-dependency and shame are the core issues, let's journey towards wellness.

Unique factors: 1. We don't offer strategies, but rather long-term change; 2. We help individuals and couples create their individual path; 3. We deal with trauma, abuse, abandonment and other issues; 4. Attachment based theory. We don't believe in "Change the thought change the behavior"! We believe in emotional change from the heart.
