Are you experiencing anxiety or depression? Perhaps you are suffering the aftermath of trauma, from years ago or recently. You might be having difficulty seeing yourself positively. Are you plagued with shame? Maybe you are having difficulties in important relationships. Grief might be overshadowing gratification in your life. You might want to set new goals for the new phase of life you are living. My decades of training and experience address all aspects of emotional, thought and personality issues.
I am effective in helping clients learn strategies to calm anxiety, work past depression, and develop ways to transcend the legacies of trauma. My clients resolve their grief, focus on their strengths and deal with themselves compassionately. Shame is a mistaken state of mind I help people leave it behind. Together we repair damaged relationships.
I work with adults, seniors and teens through a kind and encouraging perspective, building on their strengths and developing new strategies. Comfortable with people of widely differing life experiences and aspirations, and particularly skilled at meeting people where they are I assist them in discerning what they want in life.
