In-Person Availability-> Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. As your therapist it is my job to make you highly aware of your purpose by deeply attuning to your true self. Often times we lose sight of who we truly are whether it be in relationships, status, external pressures. I work with young adults to retirees, business owners, women disempowered in relationships, men disempowered by the system, to restore your inherent self-worth and capabilities. My "style" is to reflect back who you are using socratic questioning and cognitive therapy, reprocessing deeply held trauma in the brain through EMDR therapy, and other methods of resourcing.
The main clinical framework I use is EMDR therapy. I have extensive knowledge of how the brain can operate optimally and recover from TBI, having healed from an extensive brain injury myself. I often start with pscyho-education framing how your brain works so you can report back changes and collaborate on what you'd like to target through EMDR therapy.
I have currently have availability for new intakes. You will be routed to our Operations Director at Mirror Pond Counseling who can verify insurance and get you set on the schedule.
