I draw from a broad range of therapeutic approaches -- with an emphasis on Internal Family Systems (IFS) -- to help you improve your relationship with yourself and heal the parts of you that are in pain.
I have particular expertise with adult and adolescent ADHD, as well as depression, anxiety, relational issues, behavioral issues, attachment, and trauma. I am a Certified Internal Family Systems Therapist; I also have considerable experience with Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO) couple's therapy and the clinical applications of Polyvagal Theory.
