Modalities used by David include but are not limited to Solution-focused, Positive Psychology, Narrative Therapy, Nature Therapy/Ecotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). He often interweaves these modalities to support the most effective approach for the individual.
