I offer psychoanalytic psychotherapy that explores ways to make positive change in your life. We can work on behavioral changes but also a deeper exploration of the origins of what makes you do the things you do.
I have extensive experience working in harm reduction as well as helping those who struggle with issues related to trauma, interpersonal issues related to family, race, personality disorders, and other behavioral health issues.
My approach to therapy helps folx explore these issues through treatment that is empathetic, inclusive, and analytically informed. I work from a non-judgmental stance since I understand how difficult it can be to express vulnerabilities to another. I understand that therapy is a costly investment in time, money, and energy.
