Too often, this life can make us feel weak, broken, and helpless. As a therapist, I strive to help individuals express themselves fully as who they are inside. My therapeutic style is direct, yet coupled with compassion and empathy. I always feel excited to help others in this journey through life–to help them to find personal purpose and meaning. I strive to help my clients who feel helpless and broken to feel empowered through coping skills, mindfulness, self expression, and assertiveness.

The most important thing I feel like I do regularly is self reflection. I meditate, take walks, and sometimes just sit and stare at one of the pieces of art around my house. I believe that mindfulness helps one to continue to center throughout the day. I sometimes like to not have any plans for the day and simply do what I feel at that moment.
