Everyone has a story they want to tell. Some people just find themselves missing the tools to tell it effectively. Others simply want to revise their story to help them reach new heights. My aim is to help people better understand the themes and parts of their story that have been leading to problems in their lives, while highlighting and focusing on the themes that have led to positivity and success. I do therapy through a Humanistic, narrative lens, helping those under my care with video game addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma as well as interpersonal issues.
I have a passion for helping children, couples, and adults better understand themselves and not see themselves negatively, but see themselves as champions and protagonists of their own stories going through a difficult time in their lives. After all, every good story has it's tense moments just as much as it has it's pleasant and positive ones.
