These are symptoms of anxiety and depression. Over the past 31years,, I have been helping people experience relief from the damaging effects of anxiety, stress and depression. I work with adolescents, adults, families and couples. I provide honest feedback in a confidential, safe and non-judgmental environment for my clients to help facilitate positive change and to reach a much higher level of peace and joy in their lives.
I utilize Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy along with principles of Positive Psychology and an interactive style. A Michigan limited license permits practice under the supervision of a fully licensed psychologist. David J. Sills is currently supervised by Christine DeLange Ph.D. LP.
I provide phone, FaceTime and zoom sessions as well as communication through email as part of my practice. My own past life struggles with anxiety and depression make me more sensitive and understanding to the needs of my clients.
