If you are experiencing personal conflict or crisis, or find that a problem continues to surface in your life despite your best efforts to solve it, I can help. My principal goal is to help you and/or your family members find effective solutions to get through difficult times and get back on track. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive specialized training and over 24 years of experience in crisis management and teaching practical coping and interpersonal skills. I provide a solution-focused, flexible and time-limited approach to problem solving in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental and private setting.
I consider the therapy relationship (connection, trust and collaboration) to be what is most important. From this foundation, I draw on many coping strategies/approaches (DBT, CBT, IFS, Buddhist Psychology) to help people adapt, grow and thrive. I'm KAP (Ketamine Assisted Therapy) trained and do psychedelic integration work.
If you're looking for someone who is solution-focused and sensitive, but also direct, practical, has a sense of humor and has extensive experience helping people through challenging times, consider contacting me for a free free phone consultation. While I don't accept insurance, I can offer a sliding-scale and assistance with out of network reimbursement.
