Like the greatest athletes, musicians, actors, and other heroes, they practiced constantly to become the legends they are today. My philosophy with counseling is the same. I view therapy as our life-long practice helping us unlock new accolades, and versions of ourselves we didn’t know were possible while learning to heal from our scars of the past.
As a husband and father of three, relationships hold a special place in my life, and the influence those relationships have on us.
