David Enterline is a clinical social worker with 18 years of experience in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. David has treated a broad range of diagnoses. Areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive traits, thought disorders, bipolar disorders and post-traumatic stress. David has also treated a diverse background of individuals that has given him experience with trauma survivors, abuse survivors, veterans, those with Traumatic Brain Injuries, and those in the LGBTQ community. David’s pre-graduate work was with children and families.
Post-graduate work has been exclusive to adults, from late adolescence to older adults (70+). David uses a blend of approaches that includes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion, usually couched within the framework of Trauma-Informed Care and Unconditional Positive Regard.
Free-time, when possible, is spent reading, writing, playing guitar, and watching a good movie. David has been with his wife for 19 years and has three children. David is a graduate of Penn State, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies.
