Over the past 25 years I’ve helped hundreds of people lead happier, healthier lives. I’m currently doing most of my sessions online, using secure and confidential video platforms.
I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with my adolescent and adult clients. CBT is an evidence-based form of psychotherapy that focuses on challenging one’s irrational thinking about themselves or others so that they can have different outcomes.
