I believe counseling is a powerful support that can allow us to overcome hurdles, meet new goals, and live the life we want to live. I enjoy working with people who extend compassionate curiosity to themselves to better understand their life in every aspect.
I strive to create a consistent and safe space that allows everyone to be themselves and explore the things that make their life difficult. Throughout my career in mental health I have worked with a variety of people with many different concerns, including depressions, anxieties, trauma, identity issues, addiction, and more severe mental illnesses.
While it is hard to take that first step to engage in counseling, I have found it is a step that is incredibly worthwhile. Often by simply devoting an hour a week to making a change, we can see big improvements.
