I've been providing counseling to a diverse group of clients for over 30 years. As a former researcher, clinical trainer and faculty member at University of Idaho, I bring a broad range of specialty skills to my work. I draw upon a number of research-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and the Unified Protocol to name a few.

I provide assessment and counseling for a wide variety of disorders including depression, anxiety, PTSD, addictive behaviors and marital problems. We will collaborate to create treatment goals and a treatment plan tailored to your needs and interests.

My office is based in my home in Logan, Utah. My clients tell me they appreciate the quiet, confidential atmosphere this provides. My office overlooks a wooded park, stream and pond which makes for a comfortable setting.
