I am here to help you understand your diagnosis and improve on your organization and executive functioning. I believe when you are better able to identify and understand what causes you to think and feel the way you do, you can make a shift in how you respond to stressors and obstacles in your day to day life.
I have weekend and evening availability for your convenience at two locations in Chicago. I acknowledge that your life does not take place in a bubble, and external factors will play a role. While healthy venting has its place, I will help you to focus on implementing skills, changing patterns, and being creative with solutions for the bigger challenges.
