For nearly 30 years, as a therapist and medical consultant, I have been helping individuals overcome life's obstacles, identify and build upon their strengths, and develop tools to bring about sustainable change. Like many therapists, I have a strong foundation in the treatment of depression, anxiety/panic, relationship issues, and stress management. Additionally, I have extensive experience and expertise working with Veterans, Older Adults, trauma/abuse victims, and with those who are grieving, utilizing an approach that is individually tailored to your needs.
