I utilize the Gottman Method when working with couples, an approach based on four decades of breakthrough research with over 3000 couples. When working with individuals, I provide depth oriented and client-centered supportive counseling in order to successfully assist clients as they navigate through whatever challenge(s) they are facing.
For almost 20 years I have helped individuals and couples find healing and understanding in desperate situations. I have also been a professor in a clinical mental health counseling master's program for over 15 years and have received post-doctoral training in couples counseling.
