I like to work with individuals and couples of various ages and backgrounds. I enjoy working with those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relationship conflicts. Whether it be struggling with things at work, home, or other parts of your life, my hope is to be able to come alongside and empower individuals to utilize your strengths and resources. While there are several different methods of therapy, I believe in using an integrative approach by applying empirically supported treatment best suited for your needs.
I have experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy which I apply when working with individuals depending on their specific needs. I also have experience using Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method which I often apply when working with couples.
