I work with adults, adolescents and families to feel supported and learn how to connect and communicate in healthy ways. Our work together will be on many levels, to include body, mind and spirit. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and Multi Dimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) are some of the therapy models we may use together.
We all go through challenging times and experience traumas in our life. I love watching people succeed, heal and realize their dreams. I look forward to working together on the road to healing and increased joy in life.
