I utilize gold-standard practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to create a safe environment where positive change can occur. I'm also sensitive to faith concerns, have training in theology, and as a hospital chaplain.
