Nobody should struggle alone. I am a clinical psychologist providing therapy to children, teens, young adults, and families. While adopting a non-judgmental and empowering stance, I provide concrete tools to help clients improve their relationships, learn about themselves, explore their identity, and develop coping skills to better manage difficult situations. While helping clients to grow and change, I also support their development of self-compassion and self-acceptance. I have specialized training working with individuals who struggle with ADHD, anxiety, trauma, OCD, and depression.
I provide several strength-based, evidenced-based, and integrative methods of therapy, depending on a client's individual needs. I use approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), family systems theory, humanistic psychology, and mindfulness. I also offer parenting guidance and support.
