Welcome. I am passionate about coming alongside my clients and helping them reach their goals. My work focuses on the treatment of adults and adolescents in individual and group settings. I have training in the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), level 1 training in EMDR, am Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed and am training as a practitioner of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I provide therapy in person and virtually through telehealth.
The therapeutic process of healing is sacred and profound. As a therapist, my role is to assist you in learning how to utilize inner resources to help your mind and nervous system recover so you can take an active self-leadership role in your life. Adult DBT Skills Group
This group is a safe and support environment where adults learn more about themselves, their emotions, their behaviors, and how to become more skillful in response to the challenges they are facing. Skills are taught and practiced in four different modules including Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. The entire series is 28 weeks in length.
