Hi - I’m Dave. I’m passionate about helping others explore, discover and examine their lives. I welcome the opportunity to partner with you in customizing practical ways to feel empowered, resilient and capable of living life to its fullest. You may be experiencing depression, loneliness, anxiety, challenges with relationships, anger, pain, or grief. Perhaps you feel stagnant, unfulfilled or “stuck” in life. As a physical therapist for 20 years before becoming a counselor, I appreciate the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. I offer a unique, compassionate and integrative approach to one’s health and overall wellness.

Counseling may help you to: Identify barriers to authenticity, Increase awareness, presence, and openness to challenges, Engage in meaningful activities despite obstacles, while maintaining genuineness, and Share authentically with another person in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space.

I provide counseling for all genders and backgrounds and have a special interest in supporting performers (musicians, artists, athletes, etc.). I also understand the challenges and stigma men face regarding mental health. Counseling is a powerful tool and if you’re committed to enhancing your well-being, I’m here to support you.
