I am a firm believer that therapy is a collaborative process. For me, trust and the therapeutic relationship is the number one factor in helping to make the changes you’re hoping to make. I try to do this by bringing my whole self to each session which can include humor, empathy, challenging questions and supportive feedback.
I have experience working with individuals from adolescent to the elderly. I have experience working with individuals, couples and familiesI am trained various modalities including MI, CBT, CBTp, DBT, SFT and level 1 certification for Gottman Method.
I like working with individuals, couples and families that are seeking support and change in any challenge, or transition in their lives.
