Everyone goes through tough challenges in life and some challenges are rougher than others. Some challenges require a little help from skilled individuals to get through and prepare for the next challenge. I would like to be that individual to work with you. Whether your challenge is adjusting to a new role at work, home or within your family, struggling with mental health or medical concerns, or with life in general. Working with you to obtain your goals and meet your needs to live a satisfied and content life will be our purpose and journey together.
I have experience in the mental health field, older and disabled adults losing their independence, caregivers navigating medical and nursing care, and those struggling with substance use. I also have life experience as a veteran, military family member, and caregiver of an aging parent while supporting my adult children.
I have a master’s degree in social work and am pursuing a full clinical license. I am here to listen and provide nonjudgmental feedback to help navigate this thing called life. During these times one can feel lost and need an ear while reorganizing and rebuilding their life. Allow me to be that ear for you.
