Hi there, I'm Dat! All of us need mental health support in varying ways-in order to better ourselves and better our lives. It can range from a word of encouragement to needing special mental health services. Wherever you are on your journey, I applaud you for taking the courage to reach out for mental health services. For more than 13 years, I have provided mental health services to people with severe and persistent mental health needs, such as severe depression, anxiety, panic attacks, schizophrenia, schizoaffective, and substance addictions.
Therapy is a collaborative effort, and it’s an opportunity for the therapist and client to work together to achieve the client’s realistic goals. As a therapist, I see myself as a mirror through which clients see themselves more clearer so that they can make positive changes.
