My areas of expertise include grief, trauma, anxiety and depression. I work with women and children (ages 0-18) who are struggling in these areas. I provide EMDR to clients suffering from symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder.
My approach is warm, open, and collaborative. While therapy is experienced differently by each individual, some people I've worked with have described therapy as "freeing," "waking up to life," and "clearing the clouds from inside the mind."
