As a licensed clinical psychologist and leadership development coach, I focus primarily on helping women from all walks of life to improve their sense of well-being. This includes supporting my clients to navigate relationships, negotiate personal and professional challenges, and enhance self-care and feelings of empowerment. An area of particular expertise involves working with women health care professionals around a range of personal and professional development concerns.
I practice eclectically, drawing on interpersonal, psychodynamic, relational, and coaching modalities and tools. I likewise draw from my prior work developing clinical supports for mothers, and from my research background in attachment theory, which highlights the importance of healthy relationships for well-being across the lifespan.
In addition to my work as a clinician, I serve as faculty at Yale University, where I provide individualized leadership coaching, team coaching, and educational curriculum to health care professionals focused on enhancing interpersonal relationships, teamwork, and leadership in the workplace.
