Accepting new Clients! I have the distinct honor of serving in the U.S. Army for over 21 years. As a senior leader and dedicated public servant I help individuals, couples and families facing emotional, social, relational, professional and physical challenges. Over the years, I have worked with people dealing with chemical dependency, family issues, post-traumatic stress disorder from combat, abuse or other traumas, unresolved grief, confidence issues, financial issues, depression, anxiety etc. My goal is to help you develop self-understanding so that you can learn to move through life in a more grounded and intentional way.
To get there, we’ll look at your current experiences and attempt to get clear about what drives you. We will also look to your past to try to piece together how it might be affecting your present. We will work to disentangle what is going on in your mind, so that you can think, feel and move forward more clearly and on your way to being your best self.
Life can be messy, together we'll to prevent overflow into other areas of your life. As a strength based psychotherapist, I will work with you to find your resolve, gain control and get positive outcomes from your decisions, while also mitigating negative consequences and put your strength in action. Clinical Supervision available for candidates/students!
