Now Accepting New Clients! Are you tired of feeling like anxiety is controlling your life? If this resonates with you, you're in the right place. I'm here to help you understand that anxiety doesn’t define you—it's just a part of your journey, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I specialize in working with teens and adults who want to gain skills and support to manage their anxiety and regain their sense of calm. Together, we’ll move past worry and start a new chapter filled with hope, growth, and resilience. Let’s take that first step toward a life where you’re in control, not your anxiety.
I utilize an integrative approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. My techniques include play therapy, art therapy, and talk therapy. We focus on moving beyond surface content to delve into deeper processing, all while maintaining a healthy dose of humor.
It’s important to remember that therapists are just people, and finding a good fit is crucial. Sometimes, individuals may feel that therapy isn't for them when it might simply be that the therapist isn’t the right match. If you're interested in scheduling a free consultation, please reach out—I look forward to speaking with you!
