I work to help clients understand and identify their own strengths, incorporating coping skills while processing aspects of the past to create an understanding of the causation of our behaviors. Helping others work through transitional periods of life such as life, careers, relationships, school, etc., has also been a part of my clinical skills.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is my primary method of treatment. However, I work to understand and personalize the therapeutic process by utilizing a multidisciplinary approach to fit the individuals needs. The main goal of my practice to empower individuals and assist them to make positive life changing decisions.
