I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) with 35 years of experience in mental health. I primarily see patients experiencing anxiety disorders and depression and use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness. I'd like to hear from you; if you're having challenges and need help, I will hopefully be a good fit. I have a lot of empathy and compassion for anyone experiencing anxiety disorders and depression because I went through it in my twenties.

It was a scary and disruptive My symptoms were overwhelming at times. I felt so isolated and alone with my condition. I remember when the fog in my mind cleared up, I was so relieved. Over the years, I have learned much about the best practices for successfully treating these conditions.

I have spent the past 29 years helping people successfully manage stress and overcome anxiety and depression. My strength as a therapist is my genuine nature of caring and being attuned to those who seek therapy. I have hundreds of satisfied clients whom I've helped.
