I do virtual sessions for clients located in Texas and California. Are you feeling sad, overwhelmed, or misunderstood? Are you having relationship issues? As a marriage and family therapist it is my mission to help bring about the relief of mental health symptoms as they occur within relationships. I specialize in treating clients who suffer from depression and anxiety, along with couples, children, and adolescents. I also have extensive experience treating active duty military and veterans. This is accomplished by looking at thoughts, feelings, emotions, environment, and in conjunction with medical referrals when indicated.
I believe that the ability to display empathy and listen are qualities that are as unique as personality; so the most unique things I offer my clients are presence, compassion, and awareness. These qualities are driven by a profound desire to help you feel better.
