I work at ARC Counseling and Wellness both online and in person. I utilize treatment approaches based upon your unique needs and goals. At ARC we are sensitive to the fact that no two clients are the same meaning that your individual values, cultural identity, religious or spiritual beliefs, strengths, and life experiences guide how we work together. I utilize a variety of clinical approaches include relational-psychoanalytic psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, humanistic, psychodynamic, culturally sensitive therapeutic process, depending on what you need.
I think of myself as a general practitioner with some specialty areas meaning that I am honored to work with a wide range of presenting issues or goals and I have additional training and exposure in a few key areas. Basically, our work together can cover a wide variety of areas where you hope to most grow and/or heal.
I work to provide a supportive therapeutic environment in which clients can become empowered and move towards a greater quality of life. I look forward to hearing from you and seeing you soon!
