I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist, and work with clients in their homes, school, virtually, and in the community environment. Many of my clients have difficulty with ADHD, ODD, Anxiety, Depression, Traumatic experiences, as well as self-esteem issues. In addition, I provide individual, family, and group counseling for children, adolescents, adults, and families.

With my younger clients, I use Play Therapy because it is a natural healing process for healing from trauma, emotional conflicts, social skill deficits, distorted thinking patterns, hyperactive, impulsive, and oppositional behaviors in children. I also use Cognitive Behavioral and Person-Centered Therapies, or a combination of therapies as indicated.

I believe the health of the mind and body are crucial components of total healing and health. Therefore, adequate amounts of nutrients from fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, and grains for optimum intake and utilization of Vitamin D, Omega 3, Magnesium, Zinc, B-Complex, and others are needed for total healing.
