I have 25 years of experience providing therapy in multiple settings, including inpatient mental health, outpatient day programs, and outpatient drug and alcohol settings. I enjoy working with people living with anxiety, depression, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, Addiction issues, and religious trauma/deconstruction, to name a few.
I often include techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I’ll also focus on empowering you and working to build your self-esteem and confidence to reach your goals and full potential. I work with people of all age ranges, from young adults to help them explore a sense of direction to middle-aged and beyond.
I believe, first and foremost, in unconditional acceptance and building a trusting relationship. I enjoy exploring with people collaboratively where they’ve become stuck and working together to change patterns that aren’t working to begin to make positive changes. I will also support you in healing from difficult life struggles, including grief and loss.
