My life experience has given me compassion for a population of individuals with mental health disorders who flourish in life, given the opportunity.
I have a strong conviction in treating the whole person—the physical, mental, and spiritual. Not giving opportunity for life challenges to make one live a long, unbalanced life. Treating the whole person produces an opportunity to even the scale.
I believe in meeting people where they are, and having their permission to co-pilot as they navigate through life's challenges. I have found MI and solution focus at the onset of therapy as a great method, in creating rapport in a timely fashion and a future, healthy therapeutic alliance.
