I believe in building healthy coping skills with a focus on self-acceptance and self-compassion. There are many things that surface in life which, at times, can cause anxiety, depression or just confusion. As a result, this can impact our outlook as well as how we relate to others.
I look forward to working with you to identify your story and helping you decide how you would like to write your next chapter. My primary treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems among others.
