I am passionate about helping clients get out of their eating disorders and back into their lives! I utilize evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Family Based Treatment, and trauma-focused therapies. I have experience working with both adolescents and adults in inpatient and outpatient treatment settings.
I enjoy working with neurodiverse individuals, including clients who have autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other learning differences. I also enjoy working with members of the LGBTQ+ community. I welcome clients of all shapes and sizes, genders, ethnicities, and cultural backgrounds.
I believe that every person’s behavior makes sense if we understand what they are going through. I try to meet clients where they are at and help them to make the necessary changes to lead a fulfilling life in line with their personal values. I believe that all of my clients have the capacity to change. All they need is the right help to do so!

All attendees are in recovery from an eating disorder and most attendees will have co-occurring mood, anxiety, substance, or personality disorders. This is considered comprehensive DBT (mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation) that includes access to phone coaching, therapist weekly professional consultation team, and required individual therapy. The goal of this group is to build skills to come to gradually replace the function of the eating disorder behaviors and move towards a value based life worth living.
