I am experienced in working with adults and teens. I focus on clients with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, inattention, addiction, relationship issues, work stress and transitions, low self-image and self-esteem, boundary issues, and communication challenges.
I use a Family Systems perspective to help clients identify and analyze intergenerational conflicts and patterns; set appropriate boundaries and differentiate between them and their family member; and improve communication skills. I am LGBTQ+ aligned and welcome open discussion of how identity shows up in the therapeutic space.
