Everyone shares the highs of life, but no one really talks about the lows. When we experience a low, it can leave us feeling as if we are not enough, alone, exhausted, defeated or misunderstood. Leaving us to go through the motions and endure the day to day responsibilities, relationships, and/or expectations. This may cause feelings of hopeless or struggle with unwanted thoughts. These feelings are overwhelming and isolating. Isolating in order to protect themselves, to protect others, or to avoid judgement. This is why Enduring Soul was created. To be seen, heard, and supported through your healing, without fear of judgment.
Enduring Soul provides individual Talk Therapy and/or EMDR Therapy to clients. These services focus on a range of issues, such as trauma, PTSD, sexual assault, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, stress, relationships with both self and others, coping skills, and self-esteem with the goal that no one should experience/endure pain alone.
Most pain that we experience as humans, is pain that we experience alone, even when surrounded by people/loved ones. We don't want to burden anyone, or they don't understand. This can be very debilitating and lonely. My drive is that no one should go through their hardest chapters of life alone. Allow me to shoulder some weight so you can begin to heal.
