Starting therapy takes courage. It can feel scary, confusing, and messy at times. I am here to make it lighter. To help you find hope and energy to keep going. I specialize in aging and health psychology (including sexual health, postpartum care, chronic diseases, pain, and eating disorders).
I love working with adults (17+) experiencing stressors associated with life transitions including early adulthood, identity and relationship concerns (including unique challenges of the LGBTQ+ population), parenthood, midlife crises, failure to launch, empty nesting, and end-of-life matters.
Last but not least, I'm fluent in Russian, and honored to support fellow immigrant and refugee clients, assisting them with cultural adaptation and related trauma. I practice in a client-centered approach, and can support you with more targeted interventions to address anxiety or replenish your coping repertoire.
