Perfectly Imperfect: An Expressive Arts Group
This group creates space for those of us who wrestle to know our own self worth, desire to overcome shame or self doubt, and find a sense of belonging with others. This 6 week in-person group will explore concepts from the book, The Gifts of Imperfection by Brene Brown, PhD. Through time spent in mindfulness, song, dance, writing, and other forms of artistic expression you’ll be prompted to reclaim your sense of bravery to show up as you are.
