I am deeply interested in providing a safe platform for those in need of metal health care and those who wish to change or adjust some aspect of their lives. My care is integrative. Depending on needs of the client, I provide Depth Psychology, trauma informed care, Poly-Vagal Theory, CBT, ACT, Positive Psychology, and Family Systems work. I am also trained to work with Neuro-diversities and Change theory. Most of my lenses stems from somatic experiential, analysis, equine therapy experience, and a background in the arts. I enjoy working with a diverse population, artists, students, couples, people in various phases of recovery.
I have also enjoyed teaching Mindfulness, Yoga, and Meditation to Veterans.
