We are meant to share life's hardships with others, rather than be alone with our pain. So much suffering today stems from a sense of isolation and disconnection within our lives. I offer a therapeutic relationship based on unconditional acceptance and compassion; where you can feel support in creating healthier relationships, evaluate what you seek in life, and diminish pressures that hinder your growth and happiness. We live in a stressful, anxiety-provoking time. When we slow down and look at our own core values and how we would like to inhabit our lives, we give ourselves permission to make mistakes and grow.
I enjoy working with young adults, couples, and families through an attachment-based lens. I value supporting parents in cultivating a satisfying and effective parent-child relationship. The foundation of my practice stems from our need to be seen and valued through secure relationships and my unfaltering belief that every person is of equal worth.
My interpersonal framework incorporates strength-based, client-centered, solution-focused, body-centered, and mindfulness approaches, capitalizing on inherent abilities and human resiliency. Through insight and reflection, we can access and harness our often-hidden strengths, transform our negative beliefs, and find pathways to experience life more fully and positively.
