I work with individuals of all ages and with a wide variety of concerns ranging from Anxiety, Depression to self injurious behaviors and family conflict. I do have an area of expertise: I see adults, young adults and children who are experiences grief and loss.
I specialize in the healing of the mind, body, and spirit. Techniques I use are designed to deal with traumatic, troubling and overwhelming events by allowing the client to take back control of their life.I provide the tools to understand and accept the past, be in the present, and to thrive in the future. I use several holistic approaches.
My modalities of healing are, but are not limited to incorporating inner child work to heal traumas in order to heal the whole person (emotional, spiritual and physical self). I incorporate meditation and mindful activities into my practice. I couple these non-traditional practices with traditional approaches such as CBT so you can obtain a fulfilled life.
