I have engaged with various individuals from different backgrounds and presented needs, but predominantly assist adults, couples, and families in developing healthier relationships with themselves and others. I aim to help you grow in how you relate to yourself and others, your identity as a person, your ability to stay in a balanced view of reality and become even more of an adult pursuing your unique passions in the world.
Some of my favorite modalities are emotion-focused therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method for couples, internal family systems, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and training in trauma processing using techniques (EMDR and Brainspotting) to help resolve trauma. I have also been trained in EFT for families and parenting curricula. (Triple P Lv. 4).
