Men’s Psychotherapy Group
Men can feel extremely isolated and misunderstood. We created this ongoing psychotherapy group with this in mind. This is a community that is designed to address the unique challenges and issues faced by men of our time. The group is co-facilitated by a male and female psychotherapist, who can offer complementary perspectives on the complexity of society’s mixed expectations, the emotional needs and conflicting roles in family, love and life’s pressures and stressors.
